Course Overview:
This course is designed for students who wish to perfect their recitation of the Noble Qur’an by applying the correct pronunciation and rules of Tajweed. It aims to protect learners from common recitation errors and to help them develop a deep spiritual connection with the Book of Allah through accurate and beautiful recitation.
Throughout this level, students will study the fundamental rules of Tajweed, including the rulings of Noon and Meem Mushaddad, the rules of Noon Sakinah and Tanween — such as Idhhar, Idgham, Iqlaab, and Ikhfaa’ — as well as the rules of Meem Sakinah. In addition, learners will explore the various types and rulings of Madd (elongation) and practice applying them during recitation.
Course Learning Outcome:
By the end of this course, students will be able to apply the rules of Tajweed accurately when reciting the Holy Qur’an, demonstrating fluency, precision, and beauty in their recitation.
Learners should be able to read Arabic and should have prevuiously attended some Tilawa courses.
