Registration Rules for Islamic Courses
§
Registration
for the courses is only open for females and to those who are 15 years old and
above. Any age below 15 will not be accepted.
§
Each
user must have their own email to create an account, and they must login before they can register for a course.
§
Each
course consists of 10 classes. Each class is 90 minutes.
§
Fees:
3 KWD (equivalent to 10 USD). Fees may vary according to Course.
§
Fees
are non‑refundable once registration has been completed.
§
Seats
are limited and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
§
Minhaj
Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel course if the minimum number
of students is not met.
§
If a
course is cancelled by the Centre, a full refund will be issued.
§ Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
§ The student’s name must match the passport or National ID, Nicknames, or informal names are not allowed.
§ Any false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.
§
A
certificate of completion will be granted only to students who successfully
complete the course requirements.
§
The
requirement for Tilawa course: The student should be able to read Quranic
letters and words.
§
If a
student is absent for more than 4 classes, she will not be granted a
certificate of attendance.
§
As for
Qaida Nooraniya If a student is absent for 6 classes, they will not be granted
a certificate of attendance.
Registration Rules for Arabic Courses
§
Registration
for the courses is only open to those who are 15 years old and above. Any age
below 15 will not be accepted.
§
Each
user must have their own email to create an account, and they must log in
before they can register for a course.
§
The
Course consists of 10 classes, each lasting 1.5 hours every week, and Arabic
Level 1 consists of 20 classes for 1 hour twice a week.
§
The
fees for the Arabic Course are USD 50 (equivalent to KWD 15).
§
Students
may withdraw from the Course within the first two weeks after it begins. In
such cases, they are entitled to all the fees paid. After the first two weeks,
withdrawal from the Course will not qualify for a refund.
§
Registration
will only be confirmed once the full course fee has been paid.
§
Seats
are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
§
The
Minhaj Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if the

§
Transferring
registration to another student is not permitted without prior written approval
from the Institute.
§
Students
