General
Registration Rules (apply to all courses)
·
Registration
for the courses is only open to those who are 15 years old and above. Any age
below 15 will not be accepted.
·
Each
user must have their own email address and create an account before registering
for a course.
·
Registration
must be completed through the website only. WhatsApp assistance is available
only for those who require help with the online registration process.
·
Seats
are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
·
Students
must provide accurate personal information during registration. The student's
name must match the name shown on her passport or national ID; nicknames or
informal names are not permitted.
·
Any
false or incomplete information may result in the cancellation of registration.
·
Minhaj
Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if the minimum
number of students is not met.
·
Students
are expected to attend classes regularly and participate respectfully in
accordance with Islamic etiquette.
·
A
certificate of completion will only be granted to students who successfully
meet the course requirements.
·
Course
recordings, materials, and Zoom links are for registered students only and must
not be shared without permission.
·
Transferring
registration to another student is not permitted without prior approval from
the Centre.
·
Students
are encouraged to join the Minhaj Community WhatsApp group to receive course
announcements, important updates, and information about other programs and
activities offered by Minhaj Centre.

Islamic
Courses
·
Each
Islamic course consists of 10 classes, with each class lasting 1.5 hours (90
minutes) once a week.
·
The
Tajweed course is intended for students who can already read the Qur'an and
wish to improve their recitation and application of Tajweed rules.
·
The
requirement for Tilawa course: The student should be able to read Quranic
letters and words.
·
Students
who are absent for more than 4 classes will not be eligible for a certificate
of attendance.

Arabic
Courses
·
The
Arabic courses are intended for students who wish to learn and develop their
Arabic language skills.
·
Students
should enroll in the appropriate level based on their current Arabic
proficiency.
·
Arabic
courses consist of 20 classes, each lasting 1 hour and conducted twice a
week.
·
Students
who are absent for more than 6 classes will not be eligible for a certificate
of attendance.
